By accessing treatment or services at Manasa Kidney Foundation (MKF), patients and their attendants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Medical Consultation
- Consultations with our specialists Dr. C. Hithaishi, Dr. P. Bhaskar Reddy, and Dr. N. Anirudh Suseel are subject to their availability.
- Please note: Dr. N. Anirudh Suseel is available for consultation only on Wednesdays.
2. Non-Admission Facility & Mother Hospital Tie-up
MKF is a Specialized Treatment and Diagnostic Center. Patients hereby acknowledge:
- MKF does not provide in-house overnight admissions at this facility.
- For surgeries or inpatient care, MKF maintains a formal tie-up with a Mother Hospital.
- Our surgeons will perform the procedures at the Mother Hospital; however, billing for room stay and nursing will be managed by the Mother Hospital directly.
3. Treatment & Diet Compliance
WARNING: Kidney patients must strictly adhere to the dietary restrictions provided by our Nephrology department. Consumption of fruits, juices, or leafy vegetables without prior medical clearance is at the patient's own risk.
4. Appointment Policy
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Sunday: The facility remains closed.
- While we value your time, medical emergencies in Urology or Nephrology may cause unforeseen delays in scheduled appointments.
5. Privacy & Data Sharing
Your medical records and lab results (PID/Labs) are stored securely in our system. In cases requiring surgery at our partner Mother Hospital, your clinical data will be shared with the surgical and anesthesia team for your safety and treatment continuity.
6. Enhancing Patient Care through Digital Alerts
To provide Better Service to our Patients and ensure continuous support even after leaving the hospital, MKF provides an automated digital alert system. These services are designed to safeguard your health:
- Personalized Diet Alerts: We send immediate alerts regarding specific dietary do's and don'ts to prevent complications, as nutrition is key to kidney recovery.
- Precision Medication Alerts: To ensure the highest level of safety, we send drug alerts and dosage reminders directly from our
doctor_master system.
- Real-time Clinical Notes: Important precautions and doctor's instructions are sent via WhatsApp, so you always have your treatment plan at your fingertips.
- Immediate Report Notifications: We prioritize your time by alerting you the moment your lab results are processed, enabling faster medical response.
